EXCLUSIONS AND OTHER FEES

• Expenses of a personal nature like telephone calls, mini bar, etc.
• Single supplement $350/pax.
• Philippines travel tax: PHP1620/pax.
• Extra baggage allowance.
• Guide and driver’s tip.

CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• JAPAN Visa processing should be filed & processed on or before APRIL 21, 2023.
• An initial deposit of USD $500 per person should be made 3 DAYS AFTER BOOKING for us to be able to pencil book your preferred slot.
• Please take note that if the client has not paid the FULL DEPOSIT, the slot will not be guaranteed, SLOTS are first come first serve basis.ONCE BOOKING IS FINALIZED, IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE,NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REBOOKABLE.
• After visa submission and application, partial payment of 50% should be made prior to the release of the passport.
• Initial deposit of USD $500 is non-refundable.
• FULL PAYMENT should be made one month prior to the departure date.
• Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of the tour cost will be imposed if cancellation is done after the visa has been released.
• Full tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done 2 weeks before the departure date.
• Unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.Consideration of death and medical reasons will be subject to airline and suppliers’ cancellation policies and upon submission of official certificates.
