CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• JAPAN Visa processing should be filed & processed on or before APRIL 21, 2023.
• An initial deposit of USD $500 per person should be made 3 DAYS AFTER BOOKING for us to be able to pencil book your preferred slot.
• Please take note that if the client has not paid the FULL DEPOSIT, the slot will not be guaranteed, SLOTS are first come first serve basis.
• ONCE BOOKING IS FINALIZED, IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REBOOKABLE.
• After visa submission and application, partial payment of 50% should be made prior to the release of the passport.
• Initial deposit of USD $500 is non-refundable.
• FULL PAYMENT should be made one month prior to the departure date.
• Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of the tour cost will be imposed if cancellation is done after the visa has been released.
• Full tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done 2 weeks before departure date.
• Unused portion of the tour is non-refundable. Consideration of death and medical reasons will be subject to airline and suppliers’ cancellation policies and upon submission of official certificates.
