We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.
Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.
Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.
There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.
ITINERARY

The Northern Lights (also called the Aurora Borealis) are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed, even with clear skies.
Day 0 (24-Feb): Depart Clark
You will depart from Clark International Airport, beginning your exciting journey through Scandinavia and Iceland.
Day 1 (25-Feb): Arrive Oslo (D)
Upon arrival at Oslo Airport, a representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the city. The day will begin with a sightseeing tour of Oslo, where you’ll visit the Harbor Promenade, the Nobel Peace Center, and Akershus Castle & Fortress. You will also have a photostop at Oslo City Hall, Akershus Castle, and the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History. Afterward, you’ll check into your hotel. Dinner will be served at the hotel. Overnight accommodation will be in Oslo.
Day 2 (26-Feb): Oslo – Flam – Oslo (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up for a scenic drive through Hardangervidda National Park, where you will stop for a photo opportunity. You will have lunch at your own leisure, then continue to the train station to board a train to Myrdal, where you will switch to the Flam Railway. Upon arrival in Flam, you’ll embark on a 2-hour Premium Fjord Cruise along the two branches of Sognefjord. After the cruise, you’ll transfer back to the rail station and take the train back to Oslo. Dinner will be at a local restaurant or the hotel. You will overnight in Oslo.
Day 3 (27-Feb): Oslo – Reykjavik (B/D)
Following breakfast and check-out from the hotel, you’ll be transferred to Oslo Airport for your flight to Reykjavik. Once you arrive, a representative will welcome you and assist with the transfer to your hotel. You’ll make a brief stop for photos at Hallgrímskirkja Church before returning to the hotel for dinner. You’ll spend the night in Reykjavik.
Day 4 (28-Feb): Reykjavik (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll begin the Golden Circle tour, which includes a photostop at Laugarvatn and Reykholt. You will then visit Thingvellir National Park, Gulfoss, and the Geysir Geothermal Area. After the sightseeing tour, you’ll return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight accommodation will be in Reykjavik.
Day 5 (29-Feb): Reykjavik (B/D)
Following breakfast at the hotel, you will head out to visit the Skogar Folk Museum. Afterward, you’ll have free time for lunch at your own leisure. In the afternoon, you will explore the Lava Center and Katla Cave, where you will enjoy a thrilling snowmobile experience. Dinner will be at a local restaurant or the hotel, and you’ll spend the night in Reykjavik.
Day 6 (01-Mar): Reykjavik (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll take a tour of the Snaefellsness Peninsula, visiting the fishing village of Grundarfjorour, Arnarstapi, Hellnar, and Vatnshellir. Lunch will be on your own (not included), and you will also visit Kirkjufell, Iceland’s famous mountain. Dinner will be at a local restaurant or hotel. Overnight accommodation will be in Reykjavik.
Day 7 (02-Mar): Reykjavik (B/D)
Following breakfast at the hotel, you’ll visit the Blue Lagoon Comfort. Lunch will be at your leisure, and afterward, you’ll continue on to explore the Kerid Crater. After a day of awe-inspiring natural beauty, you’ll head back to the hotel for dinner. You will stay overnight in Reykjavik.
Day 8 (03-Mar): Reykjavik – Stockholm (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Stockholm. Upon arrival in Stockholm, you’ll be greeted by a representative and transferred to your hotel. A brief photo stop will be made at the panoramic view of Riddarfjärden Bay and the statue of Birger Jarl. In the evening, you will enjoy dinner at the hotel. Overnight accommodation will be in Stockholm.
Day 9 (04-Mar): Stockholm (B/D)
After breakfast, you will begin a city tour of Stockholm, including a visit to the Vasa Museum. Lunch will be at your own leisure, followed by visits to Drottningholm Palace, Abbey Riddarholmskyrkan, Sweden’s royal burial mausoleum, Great Square, and the Royal Palace (with a photostop). Dinner will be at a local restaurant or the hotel. Overnight in Stockholm.
Day 10 (05-Mar): Stockholm – Helsinki (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time for shopping before checking out. Later, you will transfer to the ferry port and board the ferry for your journey to Helsinki. Dinner will be served aboard the ferry, and you will spend the night on the ferry.
Day 11 (06-Mar): Helsinki (B/D)
After breakfast on the ferry, you will arrive at the ferry port in Helsinki, where a representative will greet you. You will enjoy a city tour, including visits to Helsinki Cathedral, Esplanadi, Temppeliaukio Church, and Mannerheimintie Street. Lunch will be at your own leisure, followed by a photostop at Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, and the Jean Sibelius Monument. You will also take a 2-way ferry to Suomenlinna, where you’ll enjoy a tour before returning to Helsinki for dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight accommodation will be in Helsinki.
Day 12 (07-Mar): Depart Helsinki (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time for shopping before checking out. You will then be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Clark.
Day 13 (08-Mar): Arrival in Clark
You will arrive back in Clark after a layover in Doha, completing your exciting European adventure.
