TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable deposit of USD 1,000.00 per person is required upon reservation, at least 6 months prior to departure.
- Full payment is due 45 days before departure or upon visa release, whichever comes first.
- Minimum of 25 passengers is required to operate this program. Supplemenet rates will be implemented is minimum number of pax is not met.
- 50% of the tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made 2 months before departure.
- 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is made 1 month before departure.
- Unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
- Exceptions apply for lockdowns, wars, or medical reasons (admin fees may apply).

We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.
Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.
Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.
There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.

The Northern Lights (also called the Aurora Borealis) are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed, even with clear skies.
DAY01 : Clark
You will depart from Clark International Airport, beginning your exciting journey through Scandinavia and Iceland.
DAY02 : Oslo (B/-/D)
Upon arrival at Oslo Airport, a representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the city. Proceed to a sightseeing tour of Oslo, starting with visits to the Harbor Promenade, the Nobel Peace Center, and Oslo City Hall. Enjoy a view and photo stop at the Royal Palace and Karl Johans Gate, Oslo’s vibrant main street lined with shops and cultural landmarks. After the tour, transfer to the hotel for check-in and relaxation. Enjoy dinner at either the hotel or a local restaurant, then settle in for the night. Overnight in Oslo.
DAY03 : Oslo (B/-/D)
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up for a full-day Oslo city tour. The tour begins with a view and photo stop at The Vigeland Park, home to over 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland, followed by a visit to the historic Akershus Castle and Fortress. Next, head to Holmenkollen Ski Jump, offering panoramic views of the city, before exploring the Fram Museum, which showcases Norway’s polar exploration history. After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, proceed with check-out before being picked up for your transfer to the airport for your flight to Reykjavik, Iceland. Upon arrival at the airport, a representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to a sightseeing tour of Reykjavik, where you will explore key landmarks and scenic spots. After the tour, head to your hotel in Hveragerði for check-in and relaxation. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel before settling in for the night. Overnight in Hveragerði.
DAY05 : Hveragerði (B/-/D)
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up for an exciting Golden Circle tour, one of Iceland’s most famous sightseeing routes. Begin with a view and photo stop at Laugarvatn and Reykholt, known for their scenic landscapes and geothermal activity. Continue to Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you can see the rift between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Next, visit the stunning Gullfoss Waterfall, followed by the Geysir Geothermal Area, home to bubbling hot springs and the active Strokkur geyser. For an adrenaline-filled experience, enjoy a thrilling snowmobile ride across Iceland’s breathtaking icy terrain. Following breakfast at the hotel, enjoy free time for shopping, exploring Stockholm’s vibrant retail districts at your own pace. After checking out of the hotel, you will be picked up and transferred to a shopping center, where you will have additional time to browse for souvenirs, fashion, and local goods. Later, transfer to the port and board an overnight cruise, where a container for the group will be included for convenience. Enjoy a delightful dinner on board, then settle into your Seaview cabin for a comfortable overnight journey. Overnight on board.
DAY12: Cruise – Helsinki (B/-/D)
After breakfast on board, arrive at the ferry port at 09:00, where an assistant will meet and greet you before starting a Helsinki city tour. Visit iconic landmarks such as Helsinki Cathedral, Esplanadi, Temppeliaukio Church, and Mannerheimintie Street, the city’s main boulevard. Enjoy photo stops at Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, and the Jean Sibelius Monument, honoring Finland’s famous composer.
