CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE documentation expenses,  insurance, medical and hospitalization expenses, tours and  transportation expenses during free periods, porterage of extra  luggage, drinks and meals not specified in the itinerary. and  such other personal nature like telephone calls, fax, laundry,  room service and expenses not mentioned in the itinerary terms  and conditions.

Our company or its subagents therefore only acts as  agents for the operators providing the various services  described in this tour and assume no responsibility or liability  that may occur out of or in connection with losses or unexpected  expenses due to delays, overbooking, and defaults. The tour  itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Should the number of participants fall below the required number of paxs, we reserve the right to increase the tour cost or cancel/reschedule the tour. The payment for a Reservation fee on  the tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions  in the tour conditions/responsibility published in this tour.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

  • A non-refundable deposit of USD$500.00 per person upon  reservation must be given at least 6 months prior departure  date.

  • Full payment due upon release of visas but should not be later  than 2 MONTHS prior departure date; 

  • Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of tour cost if  cancellation is done two (2) months before departure date; Full  tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done 1 month before  departure date.

ITINERARY

DAY01 / MANILA/SYDNEY-ROME
Depart Manila OR Sydney via one of the best airlines and enjoy their  flight services. Arrive the next day in ROME.

DAY02 / ROME (D) 
Arrive ROME and after airport formalities, meet our Tour Manager  and have an orientation tour of this eternal city of Rome. We shall  arrange for an arrival thanksgiving mass at the Church of St.  Alphonsus Liguori or better known as Perpetual Help. Then transfer  to our hotel to have some good rest after a long flight. Dinner and  overnight.

DAY03 / ROME (B, L, D)
Today we continue visit to the other major Basilicas starting with the  Basilica of San Paul’s outside the Walls. Then on to the Basilica of  Maria Maggiore, and end at San Giovanni Laterano (oldest church in  Rome-Gift of St. Helena to the Pope) and the seat of the Bishop of  Rome or Roman Pontiff. It is the highest ranking among the four  major papal basilicas. Lunch enroute and begin with our classical  tour of Rome initially visiting the Colosseum known for its  gladiatorial combats and the Roman Forum. On to the amazing  Trevi fountain, Via Venetto and Piazza de Venezia, the Pantheon  and the Spanish steps. Rest of the day at leisure to give chance for  own free time to enjoy the city and buy more souvenir items. Dinner  and overnight.

DAY04 / ROME (B, L, D) 
After breakfast, transfer straight to the Vatican Square for our  PAPAL Audience. Gain blessings from our dear Pope Francis as he  greets all nationalities present during the visit and bestow his  blessings to all. Have lunch and free time to buy some souvenirs and  religious articles around the area of the Vatican where you can get  good deals. Continue visits to the Vatican Museum and visit the  underground tomb of the Popes and the newly restored Sistine  Chapel with its magnificent frescoes depicting the “LAST  JUDGEMENT” by Michael Angelo and the beautiful paintings of the masters Then we proceed to visit the important churches in the  history starting at St. Peter’s Basilica where we can view the famous  La Pieta of Michel Angelo. Spend some time for private devotions. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 05 / ROME – SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO (B, L, D)
We leave the Eternal City to San Giovanni Rotondo, the small town  closely associated with the life of Padre Pio. We will stop in  Pietrelcina where Padre Pio was born and grew up. Visit his tomb,  cell and confessional, and the old church where he received the  stigmata, as well as the Church of Santa Maria Delle Grazie, where  we will have our Eucharistic celebration. Dinner and overnight.

Day 06 / SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO – LANCIANO – ASSISI  (B, L, D)
The group departs for Assisi in the morning with a brief stop in  Lanciano,where there was a Eucharistic Miracle of Jesus that took  place. Then continue to Assisi. Our tour will include visits to the  Basilica of St. Francis (view the exquisite artwork of Giotto), the  Basilica of St. Clare, which to this day houses her incorrupt body,  and the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels and the Portiuncula  Chapel, which houses the site of the beginning of the Franciscan  order. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 07 / ASSISI – PISA – NICE (B, L, D)

This morning, visit the Basilica Degli Angeli in the valley to see the Porziuncula (the chapel built by St. Francis with his hands) and the thornless rose bush which is also inside this church. We shall arrange for our Sunday mass in this church. Continue to Pisa as we  ride d shuttle to Piazza Duomo, view and photo stop at the famous Leaning Tower, the Baptistry, and the Campanile. Continue drive to  Nice for dinner and overnight.

DAY08 / NICE – BARCELONA (B, L, D) 
Today, we travel across the Camargue, famous for its wild horses,  bulls, and flamingos, a place also rich in reeds, flowers and rice  fields. We pass by the famous perfume factory of Fragounard, where  this city is known for. Continue on through Catalonia to Barcelona.  Dinner and overnight.

DAY 09 / BARCELONA – MONTSERRAT – BARCELONA  (B, L, D) 
After breakfast, start of our FULL day tour with our ascend to  Montserrat to visit the Royal Basilica and the Monastery which  houses the famous Black Virgin, “Virgin Morenata”. Lunch enroute  and drive back to Barcelona with our visit to SAGRADA FAMILIA,  including its cathedral and cloister. Enjoy this beautiful and most  ambitious church in history. Have some time for little souvenir shopping and drive back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY10 / BARCELONA – ZARAGOZA – MADRID (B, L, D)
Today, we begin with our excursion to Zaragoza. Crossing the  Sierras of Zaragoza, see the remote homes of the Spanish village.  Here, we will visit the Basilica Del Pilar, “Nuestra Senora del Pilar”  where we can celebrate our novena mass. See the magnificent altar  in this church, which was built on the site where according to local  legend, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to the apostle St James the  Great alongside the River Ebro. She was still living in Jerusalem at  the time; this is her only reported apparition prior to her Assumption. The Virgin gave James a pillar and instructed him to  build a church. As instructed, St James built a small chapel on the  spot, making it the first church dedicated to the Virgin Mary.  Travel to Madrid where group shall have dinner and overnight.

DAY11 / MADRID – FATIMA (B, L, D) 
Short orientation visit to Plaza Major and start long distance transfer  to reach one of the world’s major pilgrimage centers, FATIMA. After  dinner, you may opt to attend the nightly candle light procession.  Dinner and overnight.

DAY12 / FATIMA (B, L, D) 
Today, we visit the Shrine and Basilica of our Lady and celebrate our  mass at the Chapel of Apparitions. On to the house of Francisco and  Jacinta, two of the three shepherd children where our Lady  appeared and gave her word of peace. In the afternoon, we can join  the candlelight Procession and therest of the day is free for private  devotions… (B, D)

DAY13 / FATIMA – SALAMANCA – BURGOS (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we’ll have our long-distance drive to the University  City of Salamanca known as European Capital of Culture, including  city orientation showing us the Plaza Mayor. On to Burgos, the  cradle of Castille and gothic capital of Spain where we shall have  our dinner and overnight.

DAY14 / BURGOS – LOYOLA – LOURDES (B, L, D)
Depart for Loyola and visit the Sanctuary. Pray at the Basilica where  Our Lady appeared to St. Ignatius with the Christ child, the founder  of the Jesuit order. We shall have our Sunday mass here. Then  continue drive to this city towards the French border crossing the  Pyrenees Mountains to another famous Marian pilgrim center,  Lourdes.

DAY15 / LOURDES (B, L, D)
Today we meet our guide to visit the Le Cachot, a tiny chamber, a  former prison where St. Bernadette Soubirous & her family lived in  the 1850s. See the places of apparition of Our Lady to Bernadette.  We spend the whole day for private devotions, arranging our  private mass, visiting the Monastery of Visitation. The sanctuaries  and pools/holy baths are always open and religious ceremonies are  held every day: Masses, Blessing of the Sick, Stations of the Cross,  and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and the Torch Rosary  Procession every evening. Dinner and overnight.

DAY16 / LOURDES – PARIS (B, L, D) 
Depart for Paris via the TGV Train. Upon arrival in this city of  Romance, we visit the famous Eiffel Tower and view the restoration  of Notre Dame Cathedral. See other highlights as well like the  Champs Elysees, the Opera House, Concorde Square and The Arc  De Triomphe. Cap the day as we visit and view the beautifully  lighted Sacré-Cœur Church on Montmartre, inspired by the Sacred  Heart Devotion which began in Paray-Le-Monial by St. Margaret Mary. Dinner and overnight.

DAY17 / PARIS – LISIEUX – PARIS (B,D) 
This morning we depart to Lisieux. Enjoy an orientation tour of  Lisieux with visits to the places associated with the life of St. Therese  including the Great Basilica dedicated to her, the Carmelite Convent,  the Buissonets (Home of the Martin family), and other places of  importance. Have our novena mass at the Basilica. Drive back to  Paris for dinner and overnight.

DAY18 / PARIS DEPARTURE (B) 
Begin the day with our visit to the Louvre Museum, where we can  see magnificent works of art and the original painting of Mona Lisa.  Proceed to Rue du Bac and have our final thanksgiving departure  mass at the Chapel of Our Lady of Miraculous Medal where the  incorrupt body of St. Catherine Laboure is still lying-in state. Gain  merciful blessings and healing as we pray to our dear saint. Whole  afternoon free for some last-minute shopping until transfer to the  airport for return flight to Manila or Sydney
