Payment and Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit of USD$500.00 per personpayable immediately and upon reservation but should not be later than August 15, 2018 due to strict reservation for the IGLOO ACCOMMODATION
FULL PAYMENT due upon release of visa but not later than DECEMBER 10, 2018.
Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of tour cost if cancellation is done two (2) months before departure date; Full tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done 1 month before departure date.
Unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.

Conditions and Responsibilities

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE documentation expenses, insurance, medical and hospitalization expenses, tours and transportation expenses during free periods, porterage of extra luggage, drinks and meals not specified in the itinerary. and such other personal nature like telephone calls, fax, laundry, room service and expenses not mentioned in the itinerary terms and conditions.

Itinerary

Day 1/February 23 – Stockholm (D)
Depart Manila in the morning and take connecting flight via Doha to Stockholm. Arrive in the same evening and transfer to hotel for check in and overnight.

Day 2/February 24 – Stockholm (B, D)
Morning guided city tour including important landmarks such as the City Hall, the venue of the annual "Nobel Peace Prize, the Gustav AdolfsTorg and the Royal Palace. In the afternoon, visit
the Vasa Ship Museum. Learn the history and know what happened on the 10th of August, 1628. Dinner and overnight in Stockholm.

Day 3/February 25 - Stockholm (B, D)
This morning enjoy a one hour cruise which offers an unrivalled view of Stockholm followed by a visit to the ABBA museum which pays homage to the world famous four piece Swedish pop group. Afternoon free for shopping. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4/February 26 – Stockholm – Oslo (B, D)
After breakfast, board your private motorcoach, bid farewell to Sweden and make your way to Oslo, capital of Norway. Oslo sits on the country’s southern coast at the head of the Oslofjord, and is known for its citywide green spaces and museums. Dinner and Overnight in Oslo

Day 5/February 27 – Oslo (B, D)
Morning city sightseeing tour. Highlights include the City Hall, Akershus Fortress, Nobel Peace centre, Holmenkollen Ski Jump, Royal Palace Park, Opera House and Cathedral. This afternoon don’t miss the chance to see Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Viking Museum with the world’s best-preserved Viking ships. Dinner and overnight in Oslo.

Day 6 /February 28– Oslo – Kirkenes (B, D)
Morning flight from Oslo to Kirkenes. This afternoon enjoy a King Crab Fishing Tour where you will be shown how to catch, prepare and most importantly eat these giants - which can span two metres and weigh up to 15 kilograms. Overnight: Kirkenes

Day 7/March 1 – Kirkenes – Kakslauttanen/Saariselka (B, D)
Depart Kirkenes and travel south, crossing the border into Finland, to Kakslauttanen. En route stop at Inari, on the shores of Finland’s third largest lake of the same name, to visit the superb
Siida Sami museum and learn how the indigenous Sami people of Lapland have lived over the centuries in this wild and beautifulland tending their nomadic herds of reindeer. Dinner and
overnight in Saariselka

Day 8/March 02 – Kakslauttanen/Saariselka (B, D)
This morning visit a local reindeer farm by horse sleigh ride. Later enjoy aurora hunting with glass roof aurora bus.
**Please note Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon which cannot be guaranteed. Dinner and then Overnight: at igloo hotel in Kakslauttanen

Day 9/March 03-Kakslauttanen/Saariselka- Rovaniemi(B, D)
Depart Saariselka and continue to Rovaniemi. In the afternoon visit Arktikum, a science centre and museum that lets you experience northern nature, culture and history up close. Dinner
and overnight at Rovaniemi.

Day 10/March 04 – Rovaniemi (B, D)
This morning visit Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi with its large variety of Christmas related items and even the Santa Claus Main Post Office where all post will be stamped by hand using the
special postmark. Later enjoy the shops and cafes of Rovaniemi. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 11/March 05 – Rovaniemi – Helsinki (B, D)
Depart Rovaniemi by flight to Helsinki. Afternoon at leisure free for shopping and exploring Helsinki. Dinner and Overnight: in Helsinki

Day 12/March 06 – Helsinki (B, D)
Today enjoy a full day guided city tour. Your guide will bring you to the most important and interesting parts of Helsinki such as the historical centre and the diplomatic quarters including
“Senate Square,” the “Presidential Palace," "City Hall," the "Parliament building," "Sibelius Park,” a stop at the “Sibelius Monument” and “Temppeliaukio Church”. Dinner and Overnight:in Helsinki

Day 13/March 07 – Helsinki (B, D)
After breakfast visit Poorvoo, the second oldest city of Finland. The old and the new provide unique charm to the city. Guide will take you through the city; pass through the banks and ruins of the city. Later, return to Helsinki to join the City Boat crossing to the impressive and imposing World Heritage Suomenlinna Fortress, on its island guarding the entrance to the Gulf of Finland and Russia beyond. You can also visit Suomenlinna Museum whilst on the island. Dinner and overnight in Helsinki

Day 14/March 08 – Depart Helsinki (B)
After breakfast, whole morning is free until transfer to the airport for your flight home or have an extension to another beautiful and jaw dropping country- ICELAND!

Day 15/March 09- Doha-Manila
Depart Doha early morning and arrive Manila on same afternoon at ETA 1615. HOME SWEET HOME!
