CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY

We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.

Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.

We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.

Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.

There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.

EXCLUSIONS AND OTHER FEES

  • Philippine Travel Tax – PHP 1,620 (To be paid at the airport)
  • Tipping – PHP 1,200
  • Personal Travel Insurance (Up to 75 years old only. Guests aged 76 years old and above are subject to an additional charge.)
  • Visa upon Arrival (Foreign passport holders only) – USD 55 per pax

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A mandatory non-refundable deposit of PHP 15,000.00 is required upon reservation, together with a valid passport copy and accomplished tour registration form.
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the departure date.
  • A full cancellation fee applies if the passenger voluntarily cancels 4 weeks prior to departure.
  • If the group falls below the required minimum of 30 passengers, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the trip or collect a supplement fee.

ITINERARY

DAY 1 MANILA – BALI (-/L/D)

Embark on an unforgettable tropical escape as you depart from Manila and arrive in the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia.

Upon arrival, meet your local guide and begin your Balinese adventure with a visit to the iconic Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park, home to one of the world’s tallest statues depicting the Hindu god Vishnu riding the mythical Garuda. Explore the cultural park, admire its impressive architecture, and enjoy panoramic views of the island.

Continue with a delightful lunch at a local restaurant within the GWK complex.

After lunch, visit a Balinese Coffee Factory, where you’ll learn about the traditional coffee-making process and enjoy a tasting of Bali’s renowned Luwak coffee and a selection of local herbal teas.

After the tour, transfer to your hotel for check-in and some time to freshen up.

End the day with a welcome dinner before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 2 BALI (B/L/D)

Your day starts with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to UC Silver Gallery, a renowned silver workshop where skilled artisans create intricate handcrafted jewelry.

Continue your journey to Tampaksiring, home of the sacred Tirta Empul Temple, where worshippers partake in cleansing rituals in the temple’s holy spring water. Then, ascend to the highlands of Kintamani, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur—perfect for photos and a relaxing atmosphere.

Afterward, explore the Ubud Rice Terraces, known for their vibrant green landscape and traditional Balinese irrigation system. Here, you can also opt to enjoy an exhilarating swing experience, complete with a long flowing dress that makes for stunning photographs against the backdrop of the terraced landscape (approximately IDR 250,000).

The day also includes a visit to Ubud Royal Palace (Puri Saren Agung), the former royal residence showcasing traditional Balinese architecture, and a stop at the Ubud Market, where you can shop for locally made textiles, crafts, and souvenirs.

DAY 3 BALI (B/-/-)

This day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. After breakfast, take the day to explore Bali on your own. Discover scenic walking spots near your hotel, visit nearby temples or local cafés, or shop at local markets for handicrafts, artwork, and traditional goods.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stroll or an impromptu adventure, this free and easy day offers the flexibility to fully experience the charm of your surroundings.

DAY 4 BALI (B/L/D)

The day begins with breakfast before you set out on your final full-day tour.

Your first destination is the Mengwi Royal Temple (Taman Ayun), a picturesque temple complex surrounded by a lotus-filled moat and lush gardens.

Next, travel to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic temples located on Lake Beratan in the cool highlands of Bedugul.

Your final sightseeing stop is the stunning Tanah Lot Temple, a sea temple perched on a rocky outcrop with waves crashing dramatically around it—a must-see at sunset.

After the tour, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight.

DAY 5 BALI – MANILA (-/-/-)

You’ll depart from Bali and arrive back in Manila, bringing home memories of Bali’s rich culture, spiritual landmarks, stunning natural landscapes, and warm hospitality.
