CHILD POLICY

  • Children 11 years old below is free of charge on accommodation sharing bed with parents.
  • Children 5-11 years old pay 50% on breakfast
  • Children 0-4 years old are free of charge on breakfast
  • Maximum 2 children sharing room with their parent is permitted in each room. Meal rates will be applied at 50% from the above adult prices.
  • Parents must supervise all children at all time

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Confirmed Reservations should be signed at least 2 months before the intended tour date.
  • The FULL PAYMENT is required due to the PEAK SEASON.
  • Cancellation between 30 days or less the scheduled booking will result to a 100% forfeiture of payment.
  • Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 2 months prior to the date of travel.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and until final confirmation of the Contract.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for special requests or services.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
  • Any damages incurred during the booking will be the responsibility of the guest and charged accordingly.

NO Show
A reservation is considered “No Show” if arrival does not occur on the date reserved. No Show will subject to a penalty equal to “a full charge on whole period of stay”

Reservation Policy

  • Two (2) working days holding period
  • 50% downpayment will be paid at least 1 month before the departure date.
  • Minimum of 2 Nights stay

Child Policy

  • 9 years old and below – accommodation is free of charge sharing the same room with parents and using existing bedding
  • 9 years old and below – 50% discount for all meals when accompanying an adult who is having a full paying meal
  • 3 years old and below – Complimentary meals for children up to 3 years old when accompanying an adult who is having a full paying meal
  • Children occupying their own room will be charged full rate for accommodation and breakfast

Day 1: Departure Manila to Panglao Bohol

  • Meet and greet the guide from the hotel
  • Hotel check in at 2pm onwards

Day 2: Bohol countryside tour

  • Enjoy the hotel breakfast and prepare for the tour
