- A mandatory, non-refundable deposit of USD 1,000 is required upon reservation, along with your valid passport copy and accomplished tour registration form.
- Full payment is due 30days prior departure date.
- A full cancellation fee will apply for voluntary cancellations made within 4 weeks prior to departure.
- If the group fall below 15 passengers, the Travel Agent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. A supplement fee may apply.

We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.
Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.
Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.
There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.

DAY 0 – FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2025 (MEALS ON BOARD) DEPARTURE FROM MANILA
Depart from Manila for your exciting Christmas journey through Central Europe.
DAY 1 – SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2025 (D) ARRIVAL IN BERLIN
Arrive at Berlin Airport. Meet and greet with your local guide and driver. Transfer to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 2 – SUNDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2025 (B/D) BERLIN – POTSDAM – BERLIN
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your day exploring Berlin’s iconic landmarks such as the majestic Brandenburg Gate and the historic Berlin Wall. Wander through festive Christmas markets, including the charming Gendarmenmarkt, renowned for its beautifully lit stalls and unique gifts.
In the afternoon, head to Potsdam, where you’ll be welcomed by the stunning Sanssouci Palace and its elegant gardens. Discover the holiday charm at the St. Nicholas Square Christmas Market and enjoy the magical atmosphere in a picturesque historical setting. Return to Berlin for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3 – MONDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2025 (B/D) BERLIN – DRESDEN – PRAGUE
Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Travel to Dresden, known as the “Florence on the Elbe.” Be enchanted by its festive ambiance and visit the historic Striezelmarkt, one of Germany’s oldest and most traditional Christmas markets.
Continue to Prague, the fairytale capital of the Czech Republic. Wander through cobblestone streets decked with lights and explore the vibrant Old Town Square Christmas Market, offering unique crafts and delicious holiday treats. Check in at the hotel, followed by dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4 – TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2025 (B/D) PRAGUE
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day discovering Prague’s iconic sites during the festive season. Stroll across the Charles Bridge, visit the Prague Castle complex, and admire the grandeur of St. Vitus Cathedral.
Later, experience the lively atmosphere at Wenceslas Square Christmas Market, complete with festive activities and a Ferris wheel offering panoramic city views. Savor traditional sweets and mulled wine. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 5 – WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 24, 2025 (B/D) PRAGUE – BRNO – VIENNA
After breakfast and check-out, journey to Brno, where the Freedom Square Christmas Market offers handmade gifts, charming stalls, and festive delicacies.

Continue to Budapest, Hungary’s dazzling capital. Discover its festive markets, including Vörösmarty Square and the magical Vajdahunyad Castle Christmas Market, brimming with local delights and seasonal treasures. Check in at the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
DAY 7 – FRIDAY, DECEMBER 26, 2025 (B/D) BUDAPEST
