TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable deposit of USD 1,000.00 per person is required upon reservation, at least 6 months prior to departure.
- Full payment is due 45 days before departure or upon visa release, whichever comes first.
- Minimum of 25 passengers is required to operate this program. Supplemenet rates will be implemented if minimum number of pax is not met.
- 50% of the tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made 2 months before departure.
- 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is made 1 month before departure.
- Unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
- Exceptions apply for lockdowns, wars, or medical reasons (admin fees may apply).

CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE documentation expenses, insurance, medical and hospitalization expenses, tours and transportation expenses during free periods, porterage of extra luggage, drinks and meals not specified in the itinerary. And such other personal nature like telephone calls, fax, laundry, room service and expenses not mentioned in the itinerary terms and conditions. EPHESUS TRAVEL AND TOURS has arranged for the various tour services to be performed under the responsibility of various operators. Our company or its subagents therefore only acts as agents for the operators providing the various services described in this tour and assume no responsibility or liability that may occur out of or in connection with losses or unexpected expenses due to delays, overbooking, and defaults. The tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should the number of participants fall below the required number (20 paxs), we reserve the right to increase the tour cost or cancel/reschedule the tour. The payment for a reservation fee on the tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions in the tour conditions/responsibility published in this tour.
CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.
Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.
Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.
There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.
ITINERARY
DAY 01: DEPART MANILA
Begin your journey in comfort as you depart Manila aboard one of the finest carriers in the region, with exceptional inflight service, warm hospitality, and a smooth travel experience from takeoff to landing.
DAY 02: CAPE TOWN
Arrive at Cape Town International Airport, where you’ll be met and transferred to your luxury hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour, including a cable car ride up Table Mountain (weather permitting), offering breathtaking views of the city and coastline. Spend the evening at your own expense, with time to explore local dining and entertainment options at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 03: ROBBEN ISLAND – V&A WATERFRONT
After breakfast, take a morning ferry to Robben Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former prison of Nelson Mandela, where a guided tour offers powerful insight into South Africa’s history. In the afternoon, return to the V&A Waterfront for leisure time—ideal for shopping, dining, or simply enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. Guests may also opt to visit the Two Oceans Aquarium, which showcases marine life from both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Later, transfer back to the hotel to relax and sleep.
DAY 04: Cape Peninsula Tour
Start the day with breakfast before embarking on a full-day tour of the stunning Cape Peninsula. Travel along scenic coastal roads to visit Cape Point and the legendary Cape of Good Hope, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. Continue to Boulders Beach to see the charming colony of African penguins up close. In the evening, return to Cape Town and relax at your hotel.
DAY 05: Stellenbosch Wine Tour
After breakfast, drive to Stellenbosch, the heart of South Africa’s wine country, for a guided wine-tasting tour. Visit several renowned wineries, sample award-winning vintages, and learn about the region’s rich winemaking heritage. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a scenic wine estate surrounded by vineyards and mountain views. Return to Cape Town in the late afternoon. Enjoy evening at own pax account and leisure.
DAY 06: Whale Watching in Hermanus
Begin the day with breakfast, then travel to Hermanus, a charming coastal town known for its seasonal whale-watching. Take in stunning ocean views and, depending on the season, spot southern right whales from the shore or on an optional boat tour. Enjoy a leisurely lunch by the sea, soaking in the relaxed coastal atmosphere. Return to Cape Town in the evening for overnight rest at the hotel.
DAY 07: Garden Route – Knysna
After breakfast and checkout, depart Cape Town and begin your scenic journey along the famous Garden Route. En route, stop at Tsitsikamma National Park for a short forest hike and optional canopy tour, taking in the lush landscapes and coastal beauty. Continue to Knysna, a charming town nestled between forest and lagoon, and check into your hotel for the night.
DAY 08: Knysna
After breakfast, enjoy a morning tour of Knysna, including a visit to the iconic Knysna Heads, known for their dramatic coastal views. In the afternoon, enjoy leisure time at own pax account to explore local markets, unwind at the waterfront, or opt for a scenic lagoon cruise.
DAY 09: Addo Elephant National Park
Upon breakfast and checkout, depart Knysna and journey to the renowned Addo Elephant National Park, home to a rich variety of wildlife including over 600 elephants. Check in at your safari lodge, then set out on an exciting afternoon game drive through the park. Overnight at the safari lodge, immersed in the heart of the African bush.
DAY 10: Port Elizabeth – Johannesburg
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Addo Elephant National Park, offering one last opportunity to spot incredible wildlife in their natural habitat. Check out of your lodge and drive to Port Elizabeth for your flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in for an overnight stay in the city.
DAY 11: Soweto – Apartheid Museum
Upon breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Soweto and the Apartheid Museum, exploring South Africa’s rich and complex history. Visit significant landmarks such as Nelson Mandela’s House, the Hector Pieterson Memorial, and other cultural and historical sites that played a vital role in the country’s path to democracy. After a meaningful and immersive day, return to your hotel for overnight rest following a long and enriching journey.
DAY 12: Kruger National Park
After breakfast and checkout, drive to the world-famous Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s largest game reserves. Upon arrival, check in to your luxury safari lodge and settle in.
