- Full payment due 45 days prior departure or upon release of visa whichever comes first.
- Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of tour cost if cancellation is done two (2) months prior the departure date:
- Full tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done 1 month before departure date.
- Unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.

We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.
Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.
Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.
There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.
ITINERARY
DAY 01: MANILA – BEIJING – HARBIN (X|L|D)
Upon arrival at Beijing Capital International Airport, you’ll transfer to Harbin, where your local tour guide will warmly welcome you at Harbin Airport. Your adventure begins with a visit to a Cotton-Padded Clothing Store to gear up for the winter chill, followed by a relaxing walk through the melodic Qunli Music Square. Next, admire the stunning architecture at Saint Sophia Cathedral Square, one of Harbin’s iconic landmarks. After a day of exploration, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in and a well-deserved rest.
DAY 02: HARBIN – YABULI – XUEXIANG (B|L|D)
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, check out and embark on a scenic drive through Yabuli, a journey of approximately 3.5 hours. Along the way, you have the option to join an exciting tour featuring a traditional Yabuli horse-drawn sleigh ride, the picturesque Ten-Mile Gallery, and a one-way cable car ride over the Songhua River—with a sweet treat of a hawthorn candy skewer included. Continuing onward, you’ll arrive at the enchanting Snow Town (with admission and shuttle included), where you’ll explore the charming XueYun Street, known for its fairytale winter ambiance. The day concludes with a transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest amid the snowy landscape.
DAY 03: YABULI – MUDANJIANG (B|L|D)
Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Your morning starts with a visit to the iconic Snow Town stone tablet, followed by a stroll along the Bangchui Mountain wooden boardwalk, offering picturesque winter views. Enjoy some free time for personal exploration and leisure in the charming Snow Town (Xue Xiang). After lunch, continue your journey with a scenic drive to Mudanjiang, which takes approximately six hours. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in for a restful evening.
DAY 04: Mudanjiang – Hengdaohezi – HARBIN (B|L|D)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to Hengdaohezi, a town just an hour away. Begin your cultural exploration with a visit to the charming Russian-style Old Street, followed by a tour of the Middle East Railway Church Museum, showcasing historical architecture and heritage. Continue to the scenic Oil Painting Village, known for its artistic charm and vibrant local culture. In the afternoon, travel back to Harbin with a 3-hour transfer. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and unwind for the evening.
DAY 05: HARBIN (B|L|D)
Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before setting out to visit Harbin Polarpark, where you’ll enjoy up-close encounters with arctic wildlife (ticket included). Continue to the Dreamy Ice and Snow Pavilion, a captivating indoor winter wonderland. If traveling after December 20th, you may have the chance to experience the world-famous Ice and Snow World instead. Later, immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Zhongyang Pedestrian Street—perfect for shopping, strolling, and soaking in the festive charm. After a fulfilling day, return to the hotel for a well-earned rest.
DAY 06: HARBIN – BEIJING – MANILA (B|X|X)
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight to Beijing. From there, connect to your return flight home, bringing with you unforgettable memories of your magical Harbin and Snow Town winter adventure.
