We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.

Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.

We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.

Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.

There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.

ITINERARY

DAY 01 – APRIL 27

Upon arrival at Incheon Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a driver who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. After checking in, take the opportunity to unwind and explore the city at your own pace. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon discovering Seoul’s vibrant shopping districts, indulging in local cuisine, or simply relaxing at your hotel. Whether you choose to visit popular shopping areas like Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, or Insadong, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you please.

DAY 02 – APRIL 28

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour (09:00-18:00, Join SIC basis) to explore Seoul’s iconic landmarks. Pass by the Blue House (Cheong Wa Dae) before witnessing the Changing of the Guard Ceremony at Gyeongbok Palace (Deoksu Palace on Tuesdays). Visit the National Folk Museum (History Museum on Tuesdays) and the serene Jogyesa Buddhist Temple. Stop at a Ginseng Center, stroll through Insadong Antique Shop Alley, and end the tour with a breathtaking panoramic view from N Seoul Tower. After a day of exploration, return to your hotel for a restful evening.

DAY 03- APRIL 29

Following breakfast, set out on a full-day tour (08:00-17:00) to Nami Island and The Garden of Morning Calm, two of Korea’s most scenic attractions. Begin with a visit to Nami Island, renowned for its picturesque tree-lined paths and as the filming location of Winter Sonata. Stroll through its beautifully landscaped forests and tranquil surroundings. Continue to The Garden of Morning Calm, a breathtaking botanical garden featuring 20 themed sections, vibrant seasonal flowers, and serene pine nut tree forests connected by scenic walkways. After a day of exploration and relaxation, return to your hotel.

DAY 04- APRIL 30

Start your day with a leisurely morning, giving you time to relax or explore on your own. At 15:00, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the Concert Hall for an electrifying K-POP Concert experience. Enjoy world-class performances and the vibrant energy of the event. After the concert concludes at 22:00, you will be transferred back to your hotel for a restful night.

DAY 05- MAY 01

After breakfast, enjoy your free time to relax at the hotel or explore the city at your own pace before departure. You will be picked up from your hotel 4 hours before your flight for a smooth transfer to the airport. If you wish to extend your stay, an additional night is available for $160 per person per night.
