We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.

Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.

We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.

Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.

There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.

ITINERARY

Day 1 (D)

Upon arrival in the afternoon at Ulaanbaatar Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your tour guide, who will assist you with any initial arrangements. Your journey begins with a visit to Sukhbaatar Square, the heart of the city, where you can admire its historical significance and vibrant atmosphere. Next, explore the impressive Parliament Building, a symbol of Mongolia’s governance and rich heritage. You will then be transferred to your hotel for check-in, where you can settle in and relax.

DAY 02 (B/L/D)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and begin an immersive journey into the Mongolian nomadic lifestyle and customs, gaining firsthand experience of local traditions. Capture unforgettable memories by trying on traditional Mongolian costumes and taking photo souvenirs. Next, witness the precision and skill of Mongolian archery before visiting the stunning natural wonder of Turtle Rock and the peaceful Ariyabal Meditation Temple. Continue with a visit to your relocation caravan, followed by an enchanting traditional folk concert showcasing Mongolia’s rich cultural heritage. The day concludes with a visit to the historic Bogd Khan Palace Museum before settling in for an overnight stay in a Mongolian tent, offering a truly authentic experience.

DAY 03 (B/L/D)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, begin your day with a visit to the sacred Gandan Monastery, one of Mongolia’s most significant Buddhist centers. Next, explore the National History Museum, where you will gain insights into the country’s rich heritage and ancient traditions. Continue your journey to the Chinggis Khan Statue Museum, home to the world’s largest equestrian statue, offering breathtaking views and historical exhibits. From there, transfer to the picturesque Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, where you will visit the iconic Turtle Rock and the fascinating Three Friends Cave. For dinner, you have the option to upgrade to a traditional Mongolian stone-baked mutton feast, known as Khorkhog, before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 04 (B/L/D)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your journey back to Ulaanbaatar. Upon arrival, visit the “Saint Nomin” Temple, a significant spiritual site that reflects Mongolia’s deep-rooted Buddhist traditions. Next, explore the State-Run General Merchandise Mall, where you can browse a variety of local products and souvenirs. Continue to Gobi Cashmere Square, known for its high-quality cashmere goods, offering a great opportunity to purchase authentic Mongolian textiles. In the evening, immerse yourself in the country’s rich cultural heritage with a mesmerizing Mongolian song and dance performance. Conclude the day with an overnight stay at the hotel, resting after an eventful day of exploration.

DAY 05 (B)

After enjoying your final breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to the airport. Bid farewell to Mongolia as you board your flight back home, taking with you unforgettable memories of your journey.
