TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable deposit of USD 1,000.00 per person is required upon reservation, at least 6 months prior to departure.
- Full payment is due 45 days before departure or upon visa release, whichever comes first.
- Minimum of 25 passengers is required to operate this program. Supplemenet rates will be implemented if the minimum number of pax is not met.
- 50% of the tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made 2 months before departure.
- 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is made 1 month before departure.
- Unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
- Exceptions apply for lockdowns, wars, or medical reasons (admin fees may apply).
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- A mandatory deposit of USD 1,000 is required upon reservation together with your valid passport copy and accomplished tour registration form.
- Full payment is due 45 days prior departure date
- A full cancellation fee applies if pax voluntarily cancels 4 weeks prior to departure.
- If a group falls below the required number of pax, we reserve the right to reschedule the trip or collect a supplement fee.

We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.
Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.
We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.
Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.
There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.
ITINERARY
DAY 01: DEPACART MANILA
Depart Manila for your international flight to Nairobi, Kenya. Sit back, relax, and get ready for your African adventure.
DAY 02: Nairobi (x|x|x)
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative just outside the arrivals area. You’ll then proceed to check in at your city hotel, a journey of approximately 30 to 45 minutes. The remainder of the day is at your own leisure, with any activities or expenses during this time on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 03: Aberdare (B|L|D)
After enjoying a leisurely breakfast, set off on a scenic drive to the Aberdare region, which takes approximately 3.5 hours. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with lunch at the tranquil Aberdare Country Club, nestled in the foothills of the Aberdare Ranges. Spend the afternoon at your own leisure, whether relaxing at the lodge or exploring the serene surroundings. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge. Overnight stay at Aberdare Country Club.
DAY 04: Samburu National Reserve (B|L|D)
Following a leisurely breakfast, you will set out on a scenic 3.5-hour drive to Samburu National Reserve, located in Kenya’s rugged northern region. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive through the park, offering a chance to spot the area’s unique wildlife. In the evening, relax over dinner at the lodge. Overnight stay at Samburu Sopa Lodge.
DAY 05: Samburu National Reserve (B|L|D)
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge, followed by a relaxing morning with free time to unwind or take in the natural surroundings of Samburu National Reserve. After lunch, head out for afternoon game drives in the reserve, offering more opportunities to encounter the region’s distinctive wildlife. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner and rest. Overnight stay at Samburu Sopa Lodge.
DAY 06: Naivasha (B|L|D)
Following a leisurely breakfast, embark on a scenic 6-hour drive to Lake Naivasha, passing through the stunning landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at the lodge before heading out for a peaceful afternoon boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may spot hippos and a variety of bird species. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and a restful overnight stay at Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort.
DAY 07: Masai Mara (B|L|D)
After enjoying breakfast at the lodge, begin your 5-hour journey to the iconic Masai Mara, one of Africa’s most renowned wildlife reserves. Arrive in time for lunch and a short rest before setting out on an afternoon game drive across the vast plains, where you may encounter the Big Five and other extraordinary wildlife. In the evening, savor dinner at the lodge. After a full day of travel and exploration, relax and rest overnight at Mara River Lodge.
DAY 08: Masai Mara (B|L|D)
Start the day with breakfast at the lodge, then head out for a morning game drive across the Masai Mara’s expansive plains, where wildlife sightings are abundant. Return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation before venturing out again for an afternoon game drive. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge, followed by a restful overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 09: Masai Mara (B|L|D)
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the lodge before setting off on an early game drive through the sweeping landscapes of the Masai Mara, known for its rich wildlife. Return to the lodge in time for lunch and a bit of downtime. Later in the afternoon, head back out for another exciting safari experience. DAY 11: MANILA
