CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE stated visa fees and documentation expenses, extra travel insurance, medical and hospitalization expenses, tours and transportation expenses during free periods, porterage of extra luggage, drinks and meals not specified in the itinerary, and such other personal nature like telephone calls, fax, laundry, room service and expenses not mentioned in the itinerary terms and conditions.
Ephesus Travel and Tours has arranged for the various tour services to be performed under the responsibility of various operators. Our company or its subagents therefore only acts as agents for the operators providing the various services described in this tour and assume no responsibility or liability that may occur out of or in connection with losses or unexpected expenses due to delays, overbooking, and defaults. The tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice, UNLESS a deposit has been placed. Should the number of participants fall below the required number, we reserve the right to increase the tour cost or cancel/reschedule the tour. The payment for a reservation fee on the tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions in the tour conditions/responsibility published in this tour.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
- A nonrefundable deposit of USD $500.00 per person upon reservation payable in USD Dollars or equivalent in PESO using tour operator’s rate with a photocopy of valid passport and accomplished tour registration form; Submission should not be later than 6 months prior departure date
- Fifty percent deposit 3 months prior departure; Full payment due upon ticketing deadline but which should not be later than one month prior departure date.
- Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of the tour cost will be imposed if cancellation is done forty five (45)days before departure date
- Full tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done 2 weeks before departure
- Unused portion of the tour is non-refundable. Consideration of death and medical reasons will be subject to suppliers’ cancellation policies and upon submission of official certificates.

ITINERARY
DAY 01 DEPARTURE (Philippines via Clark Airport)
Depart in the evening at the newly opened passenger terminal at the Clark international airport. Enjoy the in flight services , amenities and hot meals on-board this 5 star carrier.
DAY 02 ISTANBUL (D)
Arrive Dubai in the morning and enjoy one of the biggest duty free in the world or opt to stay in their airport lounge for a good rest stop prior continuing our flight to Istanbul. Arrive in the same afternoon and after airport formalities, meet our tour guide and proceed to the “Old City” to begin with our day tour including the Blue Mosque, famous for its blue tiles and unique with its six minarets built in the name of Sultan Ahmet I. Next, we will have a look at the Hippodrome of Constantinople where horse and chariot races used to take place. Then visit the St. Sophia Museum which is one of the greatest religious and architectural marvels of all times. Finally, the famous Topkapi Palace museum will be visited, which was built as the home of the Ottoman sultans, then the World-Famous Imperial Chinese Porcelain sections will be visited as well. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel for overnight.
DAY 03 ISTANBUL / CANAKKALE (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to Cannakale through scenic drive to Gallipoli where the sites of famous battles during World War 1. We will cross a waterway that separates Asia and Europe and proceed to Troy, and visit the famous Trojan Horse from the movie Troy by Brad Pitt. If time permits, we will also visit the ruins of Troy, otherwise it will be done the next day. Check- in in our hotel in Canakkale for overnight.
DAY 04 CANAKKALE / IZMIR / KUSADASI (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to Pergamon and visit the Temples of Trajan, Acropolis, Dionysos, Zeus, and Athena and the theater overlooking to the plain of Bergama. Lunch stop in Bergama then drive to Kusadasi. Check-in hotel and overnight.
DAY 05 KUSADASI / EPHESUS / PAMUKKALE (B/L/D)
Following breakfast, drive to Selcuk town to visit House of Virgin Mary on top of Mt Coressos. Also visit the famous ancient ruins of Ephesus. Have lunch then continue to Pamukkale (Cotton Castle). The area is famous for a carbonate mineral left by the flowing water, the shimmering, snow-white limestone, shaped over millennia by calcium-rich springs. We will also visit the Roman Baths which is also in the area. Transfer to hotel and enjoy Thermal bath.
DAY 06 PAMUKKALE / KONYA / CAPPADOCIA (B/L/D)
After breakfast and before we start the long drive to the beautiful city of Cappadocia, we can visit a Shopping Outlet then transfer to Konya. Have lunch then visit Mevlana Museum, the home of Whirling Dervishes. Then drive to Cappadocia. Two nights stay in a Cave Hotel in Cappadocia
DAY 07 CAPPADOCIA (B/L/D)
Today we visit the incredible Underground City of Kaymakli where early Christians lived secretly in order to survive and keep their faith. A photo opportunity at the Pigeon Valley and at the foot of the Uchisar Castle. After your lunch, proceed to the Goreme Valley open air museum to visit the rock carved churches. Followed by the famous local pottery and carpet. We will also provide time for souvenir shopping in Cappadocia. Then back to hotel for overnight.
DAY 08 CAPPADOCIA / ANKARA / BOLU (B/L/D)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Free time in Cappadocia for shopping and walking in this uniquely beautiful town. Afterwards, visit Carpet making and fairy chimney before we drive to the capital city of Turkey, Ankara and visit Ataturk Mausoleum (1881-1938) founding father of the Turkish Republic. Transfer to hotel in Bolu for check in and resting. Dinner and overnight will be in the hotel.
DAY 09 BOLU – ISTANBUL – MANILA (B/L)
After breakfast check out from the hotel. Transfer to Istanbul. Upon arrival, enjoy the Bosphorus Cruise. Then on for lunch and do last minute shopping prior transfer to airport for return flight back home
