TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A non-refundable deposit of USD 1,000.00 per person is required upon reservation, but not later than August 4.
  • Full payment is due 45 days before departure or upon visa release, whichever comes first.
  • Minimum of 6 passengers is required to operate this program. Supplemenet rates will be implemented if minimum number of pax is not met.
  • 50% of the tour cost will be charged if cancellation is made 2 months before departure.
  • 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is made 1 month before departure.
  • Unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions apply for lockdowns, wars, or medical reasons (admin fees may apply).

We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.

Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.

We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.

Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.

There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.

ITINERARY

DAY 01: DEPART MANILA (MEALS ONBOARD)

Begin your journey in comfort as you depart Manila aboard one of the region’s finest carriers, renowned for its exceptional inflight service, warm hospitality, and seamless travel experience from takeoff to landing.

DAY 02: ARRIVAL IN KENYA (–|–|D)

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Check in at PrideInn Azure Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, or a similar property. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure and unwind after your flight. Overnight stay in Nairobi.

DAY 03: MASAI MARA (B|L|D)

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and enjoy a scenic drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, home to some of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife. Upon arrival, proceed with your first exciting game drive, where you may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other remarkable animals in their natural habitat. Check in at Sweet Acacia Camp and enjoy dinner at the camp. Overnight stay at Sweet Acacia Camp.

DAY 04: MASAI MARA (B|L|D)

Enjoy a full day of game drives in the spectacular Masai Mara Game Reserve. Explore the vast plains and witness an incredible variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more in their natural environment. This day offers excellent opportunities to fully experience the beauty and richness of the reserve.

 

Optional activity with supplement: Early morning hot air balloon safari (USD 550 per person). Experience a breathtaking aerial view of the Masai Mara sunrise.

DAY 05: MASAI MARA (B|L|D)

Continue your safari adventure with another full day of game drives in the Masai Mara. Discover different areas of the reserve and increase your chances of spotting more wildlife, including predators and herds roaming freely across the savannah. Each game drive offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Dinner and overnight stay at Sweet Acacia Camp or similar.

DAY 06: ISEBANIA BORDER – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK (B|L|D)

After breakfast, proceed to the Isebania border where you will meet your Tanzania safari guide and vehicle. Continue your journey to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Clients will arrive with lunch boxes provided from Kenya. Enjoy an en-route game drive as you enter the vast plains of Central Serengeti, home to abundant wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Tented Camp or similar.

DAY 07: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK (B|L|D)

Spend a full day exploring the magnificent Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Witness the incredible wildlife diversity, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and large herds roaming freely across the endless savannah. All meals and overnight stay at Serengeti Moyo Tented Camp or similar.

 

Optional activity with supplement: Early morning hot air balloon safari (USD 550 per person), offering a spectacular sunrise view over the Serengeti.

DAY 08: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA (B|L|D)

After breakfast, depart Serengeti and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, visit a traditional Maasai Village to experience their unique culture and way of life. Continue to the historic Olduvai Gorge, one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world. Arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Embalakai Camp or similar.

DAY 09: NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR (B|L|D)

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater with a packed lunch for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy game viewing in this unique natural sanctuary. In the late afternoon, return to your camp. Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Embalakai Camp or similar.

DAY 10: NGORONGORO – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK (B|L|D)

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy an en-route game drive as you enter the park and arrive at Tarangire Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, continue your game drive and explore the park’s rich wildlife and scenic beauty. Dinner and overnight stay at Tarangire Sopa Lodge or similar.

DAY 11: TARANGIRE – ARUSHA (B|L|–)

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and drive to Arusha. Upon arrival, proceed to Arusha Airport for your departure flight back home, bringing with you unforgettable memories of your African safari adventure.

DAY 12: MANILA (MEALS ONBOARD)
