  • Full payment is due 30days prior departure date.
  • A full cancellation fee applies if pax voluntarily cancels 4 weeks prior to departure.

We, our employees, and sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence, defects of vehicles, equipment breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.

Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip. The company shall not be held liable in any form for any health problems that may occur during the trip, whether caused by pre-existing illnesses, disclosed or undisclosed by the passenger to us.

We reserve the right to terminate services for any participant who, in our opinion, prejudices the harmony of the tour group, becomes a burden to the group, or whose conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.

Payment of the reservation fee or total tour cost shall constitute agreement to all the provisions in the tour booking, payment, and cancellation policies, as well as the conditions of responsibilities stated herein.

There is no refund for any unused services. The itinerary may be subject to change or rearrangement depending on the actual ground situation.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Full Day Tour (L)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport on flight from Manila, your tour guide and driver will greet you and transfer you to the center of Hanoi. Start your morning with a sightseeing tour, beginning at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Complex. Here, visit Ba Dinh Square, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s House on Stilts, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda, a 1,500-year-old site that plays an important role in Vietnam’s cultural and spiritual history.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, with its peaceful courtyards and graceful gateways. Later, visit Hoan Kiem Lake, located in the heart of the city, and explore the 18th-century Ngoc Son Temple on its northern shore. Transfer to your hotel for check-in (available from 14:00). Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)

Start your day with a hotel pickup between 08:00 and 08:30 and begin your journey to Halong Bay. Along the way, enjoy a short rest stop before arriving at Tuan Chau Harbor around midday. Board a cruise for a 5-hour journey through Halong Bay’s iconic limestone karsts and islets, including Cock Fighting and Thumb islets. Savor a delicious Vietnamese lunch on board.

In the afternoon, explore the Surprising Cave, known for its impressive stalagmites and stalactites. Opt for kayaking or a bamboo boat ride in Luon Cave to discover a tranquil lagoon. Then, visit Titov Island, where you can relax on the sandy beach or climb Titov Peak for panoramic views of the bay. Return to the harbor and disembark around 17:30-18:00 for your bus ride back to Hanoi. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Sapa by Land Transfer (B/L)

Depart early in the morning for Sapa, traveling along the Noi Bai–Lao Cai highway. Admire the stunning views of the northwestern mountains, with terraced rice fields glistening in sunlight or shrouded in mist. Enjoy two short breaks before arriving in Sapa around 13:30-14:00. After lunch and check-in at your hotel, begin an afternoon trek to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong tribe.

Discover the French-built hydroelectric power station, explore terraced rice fields, and visit the village waterfall. Witness traditional crafts such as weaving and silver carving while learning about the local culture and customs. Return to the hotel and spend the evening at your leisure. Consider exploring the Sapa night market or attending the Saturday Love Market. Overnight stay in Sapa.

Day 4: Sapa – Hanoi by Land Transfer (B/L)

After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to the Fansipan Cable Car Station. Take a ride on the world’s most modern 3-wire cable car system, which offers breathtaking views as it ascends to the summit of Fansipan, the “Roof of Indochina,” at 3,143 meters above sea level. Spend time at the peak before returning to Sapa for lunch and some rest.

In the afternoon, board the bus back to Hanoi, arriving around 18:30-19:00. Check in to your hotel for your final night in Hanoi.

    Day 5: Hanoi Departure (B)

    Early in the morning, your driver will pick you up for your transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your flight back to Manila. Breakfast will be provided as a takeaway box.
